Not always. If you share a survey plan, we can often measure exteriois without entry

How soon can you install after approval?
Yes- we prep HOA paperwork and coordinate 811/utility locates to keep the project moving.

Can I just repair my gate?
Typically 10-14 days after materials arrive. Weather and scope can affect scheduling.
Yes- ask for fate tune-up (hinges, latch, alignment.) We'll quote it separately.
